    • GiroDisc - 718 GT4 RS Front Rotors - (A1-291)

The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc on the 718 GT4 RS with OEM iron rotors. No modifications are necessary, and it allows the use of unmodified factory pads. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with factory calipers.

The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from our own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in-house at Girodisc. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.

The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 12 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.

Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when need GiroDisc - 718 GT4 RS Front Rotors - (A1-291)

    • Shark Werks Exhaust System for 992 GT3

Developed by lifetime car and motorsport enthusiasts with a passion to build the best sounding exhaust possible.

When Porsche's 992 GT3 models hit the market, the verdict was that this car simply dominated the previous generations with performance, aerodynamic functionality, and new technology.

However, many people familiar with GT cars, especially those modified with parts like our popular Sports Exhaust on 991 and 997 GT3 models, found that the exhaust was a bit muted.

The wailing howls of the previous generations seemed subdued, and in their place was a muddy sound and an electronic valve system that seemed to have a mind of its own. While the car would open the valves to start with a loud bark, it would then quickly quiet down, and even on the louder modes, the exhaust would sometimes close the valves and refuse to make the noise that was characterstic of the race bred GT3.

With this in mind, we focused our efforts on developing prototypes in order to extract some of the lost noises we were so fond of in the previous generations.

This design came about from numerous tests and challenges. We developed precision CNC-machined rings that perfectly fit the enormous 8" catalytic converter (or OPF in International markets) outlets, then meticulously welded these to high flow cones within the size constraints of the original exhaust. We chose dual mandrel bent 3" tubing with a large crossover tube, and additional extension tubes were added to tune the sound to what we believed was the best tone possible with no unpleasant drone or resonance on the inside. Our goal was for it to be fun on the outside, and yet classy on the inside; without giving you a headache. We made sure the exhaust still exits in the original location of the bumper, through integrated slashcut dual 100mm tips like our 991 GT3 upgrades.

The result from these changes is an aggressive startup bark, and an exciting tone under acceleration, but on a car that can still be driven on long trips while conversing with a passenger or talking on the phone when needed.

At idle, gentle throttle, or between 50 and 80 MPH in top-gear, the car is surprisingly docile, but downshifting and getting into the power still rewards you with a song worthy of the GT3 name.

The electronic valves are removed using Soul Performance Valve Delete Modules to prevent check engine lights or error codes, which we believed are the best available on the market.

The default finish is a flawless stainless steel, but you can request to have the exhaust tips and center component ceramic coated if you prefer a satin black finish (please note: this adds approximately 2-weeks to the build time).

Features
- Louder, exotic and aggressive tone without uncomfortable drone or resonance at highway speeds
- 100% Made in the USA, stainless steel construction
- Removes about 20 pounds from the rear of the car
- Optimized for maximum power output and weight savings while retaining reliability, without modifying ECU programming
- Does not affect emissions systems, catalytic converters, or cause Check Engine lights (50-state Emissions Legal)
- 100% reversible, OEM-like fitment, with no cutting or welding required

** NOTE: The original Porsche exhaust clamps that attach the muffler to the car to the catalytic converter can be added for an additional charge, or you can remove them from your original muffler by removing a small metal tab. It can still be re-used on the original or Shark Werks Exhaust later.

** NOTE 2: At this time this exhaust is only available for USA models without particulate filter equipped

    • #372 RSS TARMAC SERIES XL 2-PIECE COMPLETE LOWER CONTROL ARM KIT - Front Axle (Pair of 2). Fits front axle (987, 997/991 C2, C4, Turbo, 981/982/718). Includes: Adjustable/Non-Hydraulic Replacement Thrust Arm Bushings, 1mm/2mm/3mm/7mm Shims, Spherical Monoball Ends.** Note: 981 and 991 Models may require additional Front Litronic or Torque Vector Sensor Brackets.

RSS Tarmac Series Motorsport Lower Control Arms are specifically engineered for use on lowered vehicles that have reduced travel struts/dampers If you need assistance in identifying your suspension type please contact us. For specific fitment information refer to the "Chassis Fitment Guide and Lower Control Arm Fitment Notes" (See Images Below).

The RSS Tarmac Series – Motorsports Control Arms are designed for the Porsche driver who demands the absolute maximum in precision handling, feedback and control from their chassis. This system has been specially engineered to provide unmatched performance, quality, strength and serviceability. RSS Tarmac Series Control Arms address the performance related shortcomings of the OEM rubber mounted suspension components which were designed to reduce road noise and vibration for everyday street use. The use of rubber injected moldings in mounting components such as the control arms, thrust arms, upper links and toe arms is a compromise in regards to maximum suspension performance. The soft rubber deflects under suspension load which in turn causes unwanted movement (deflection) between the suspension and chassis. Data also shows that temporary changes in spring rates can occur as well. These movements and changes result in unnecessary corrections and inputs from the driver.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
• Completely Serviceable: For the extreme, repetitive track day enthusiast or racer, our high strength
steel alloy spherical bearings (with a friction reducing, longevity increasing Teflon liner) can be replaced
unlike the motorsports arms, in which case a new set of arms will need to be purchased if the
spherical bearings are worn out.
• Adjustable Suspension Geometry: Adjust dynamic camber values and roll center heights with our
unique zinc plated steel bushings.
• Solid Monoball Control Arm Ends: Offers better handling and a more responsive suspension over the
factory one-piece rubber injected control arm by eliminating bushing deflection (also uses the same
high strength steel alloy spherical bearing found in our control arm monoball kit).
• 6061 Aerospace Grade Billet Aluminum Construction: Allows for a more uniform molecular structure
at every point of the arm over the cast components providing a more durable and inherently
stronger part. Manufacturing from billet aluminum rather than casting results in fewer impurities in
the metal.
• Anodized Aluminum Surfaces and Zinc Plated Steel Parts: Allows for better corrosion resistance
against the elements.
